• Tier 1 Cities: All major cities with full delivery services
• Tier 2 & 3 Cities: Most locations covered, some with extended delivery times
• Remote Areas: Limited coverage; additional charges may apply

If your location is not serviceable, we will inform you at the time of order.

2. Order Processing Time

• Order Confirmation: Within 24 hours of payment verification
• Dispatch Time: 1-3 business days from order confirmation
• Processing for Bulk Orders: 3-5 business days depending on order size

4. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping: Orders above ₹999 within Delhi NCR
• Standard Shipping: ₹49 - ₹99 for orders under ₹999
• Outside Delhi NCR: Shipping charges calculated based on weight and distance at checkout
• Express Delivery: Additional ₹99 - ₹199 depending on location
• Bulky Items: Additional charges may apply for large items like cradles and prams

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email
• Track your order using the courier partner's website or app
• Regular updates will be sent at key stages: dispatch, in-transit, out for delivery, delivered
• Contact us if you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of order

Courier partner selection is based on your location and product type.

7. Delivery Instructions

• Address: Please provide complete and accurate delivery address with landmark and pincode
• Contact: Ensure the contact number is reachable during delivery hours
• Inspection: Please inspect the package before accepting delivery
• Signature: Signature or OTP verification may be required upon delivery

8. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to:

• Wrong Address: Additional shipping charges for re-delivery
• Unreachable Contact: Package held at courier facility for 5 days
• Customer Unavailable: Two more attempts will be made
• Customer Refusal: Refund processed after deducting shipping charges

9. Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to:

• Natural calamities (floods, earthquakes, etc.)
• Political disturbances or strikes
• Government restrictions
• Courier partner operational issues
• Public holidays

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.

10. Local Pickup

For customers in Noida and nearby areas, we offer store pickup option:

• Select "Store Pickup" at checkout
• Orders ready within 1-2 business days
• Bring order confirmation and valid ID for pickup

11. International Shipping

Currently, we only deliver within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
